SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship orders from our Maui studio Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/handmade and pre-order pieces may take longer, and these details can be found on the product pages and order confirmation emails. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email along with tracking information.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer standard and flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders via USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please send us an email and we will provide you with a shipping estimate and delivery date based on your order summary.  

RETURN POLICY

We happily accept returns for eligible items within 15 days of the ship date for a full refund. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging. EXCEPTIONS: Sale merchandise is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces.

To return your order, please include the original invoice as well as the items in their complete original packaging. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item/style.

PERSONALIZED

Custom-made personalized pieces are final sale. These items are handmade to order and cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Prices are displayed in US dollars, and are exclusive of taxes. All shipping costs, sales tax, and customs duty (where applicable) will be included in the final purchase price. Please inquire via email for international shipping options to your country.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

We happily accept qualifying returns for a full refund. Merchandise must be unworn with tags attached, and postmarked within 30 days of the ship date. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes and fees.

NON-QUALIFYING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Custom-made personalized pieces are handmade to order and cannot be returned.

Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

All international orders require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email alliseeisartwebsite@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the items you’ll be returning.

Your original invoice and RMA code number must be included with your return. Please mark the appropriate return code(s) on your invoice.

You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

You will receive an email notification when we receive and process your return. Please allow up to 60 days for your return to be processed.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE OF?

Our wood jewelry is hand-crafted using a variety of high quality materials, including locally sourced and imported wood, resin, 14K gold fill, sterling silver and stainless steel. Exact materials associated with each style are listed on their product detail page.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

To keep your jewelry at its best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid overexposure to moisture; this includes lotion, sunscreen, perfume as well as exposure to the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also pack your jewelry carefully for travel, we recommend storing them in your carry-on luggage or hand carrying these items.

HOW WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

Your items will arrive individually wrapped and packaged. Gift boxes and pouches are complimentary and your items will be wrapped and ready to give as a beautiful gift. 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING A CUSTOM PERSONALIZED PIECE?

All custom personalized pieces are made-to-order and final sale. The order cannot be cancelled or altered after submitted, and it cannot be returned. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. Production times vary from 1-4 weeks; depending on order size. Products are created at our discretion, and we will not produce any jewelry containing profane language. If you have questions about your custom piece, please email alliseeisartwebsite@gmail.com.

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

ARE ANY ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM PROMOTION CODES?

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards and promotional-priced products. Styles from the New Arrivals Shop and from the Sale are often excluded from promotions, as well.

If your delivered item is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Send a photo to alliseeisartwebsite@gmail.com and we will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (HST). We aim to respond within 8 business hours. Additionally, you can always send it back for a full refund minus the original shipping charge.
